Approach to Care

Shelly's approach to practice is through compassion and knowledge. She ensures clients understand why sessions are catered to their needs, making them feel welcomed and comfortable. Why I Love Being a

Stretch Therapist and Personal Trainer

Shelly loves being a stretch therapist and trainer because she gets to help clients regain their mobility to do the things they love! Whether it's playing with their grandkids, backpacking in Europe, or spending all day outside creating their perfect garden, helping people regain control of their lives fills her heart.

A Little About Me

Shelly loves hiking and scrambling in the mountains, playing with all the kids in her life, and cuddling with her dog. She enjoys trying new fitness activities—right now, it's soft style kettlebell exercises and martial arts. Shelly also has a background in volunteer management, ranging from the therapy dog program to sport and music festival events.
