We offer several convenient payment plan options to meet your needs. Depending on your situation, we can work with you and your insurance provider to find a payment plan solution that fits you.

Clients that do not have insurance coverage and would like to finance the cost of treatment by making monthly payments. The clinic will require a valid credit card to which all financing payments can be charged. Financing payments are charged to the credit card as per the Clients individual financing plan.
Clients are covered by a Third Party Payer which covers all costs associated with clinical services and pays the clinic directly.
Clients that do not have insurance coverage, or wish to submit their own claims to their insurance provider. The Client pays the clinic for all charges on their account.
Clients have coverage for clinical services under an insurance plan but their insurance plan does not pay the clinic directly.
The Client requests that the clinic prepare all the necessary paperwork associated with their claim and submit the claim to their insurance provider on their behalf. Because their insurance provider will send the payment to them as opposed to the clinic, the clinic will require a valid credit card to which the claim can be charged. The charges are applied to the credit card at the time the claim is prepared by the clinic (monthly). You should receive your reimbursement from your insurance provider in approximately 2 to 4 weeks following claim submission. Please note that reimbursement timelines fluctuate between insurance providers and the clinic cannot guarantee the date of reimbursement. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to check on the status of their claim.
The clinic is not responsible for errors made on behalf of your insurance provider when processing your claim. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can to ensure your claim is processed correctly.
Clients that have coverage for clinical services under an insurance plan and their insurance provider pays the clinic directly. The Client will pay the amount owing if their insurance plan only covers a percentage of the total treatment costs. Please note that the clinic is not responsible for errors made on behalf of insurance providers when processing claims. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can to ensure your claim is processed correctly.
