Professional Experience

Felecia has over 9 years of teaching experience to adults and over 200 hours of teacher trainings specialized in teaching mindfulness and yoga to kids. She teaches in Winnipeg schools, Montessori schools, and Early Learning centres throughout the year, as well as hosts her own weekly private preteen and kids yoga classes. She also hosts wellness workshops like Creating a Mindful Classroom and Dynamic Movement for Stress Resilience, and has worked with organizations such as IKEA, Appelts Diamonds, MB Child Care Association, River East Transcona School Division, MB Montessori Board, Prairie Strides, and Jobworks.

I love teaching Pilates and Yoga because it allows me to make a positive impact on people from all walks of life. These practices offer benefits that extend far beyond physical fitness—they promote mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall wellness. It's incredibly rewarding to witness the transformations in my students as they discover the profound impact of mindful movement.

A Little About Me

I love to travel and spend time with my family. I enjoy staying active by heading to the gym with my kids and practicing yoga.
